This website

signalrate.uk has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking, and no forms. The only data involved is the standard technical logging that comes with any website: Firebase (Google), which hosts the site, and Google Fonts, which serves its typefaces, both see your IP address as ordinary web traffic.

Getting in touch

If you email or message me on LinkedIn, I use what you send to reply and, if it leads to work, to manage that engagement. Email runs through Zoho Mail.

Working together

Business contact and invoicing details are kept in Zoho, on their EU data centre. If a project means I need access to your own systems or data, that's used only to do the work you've asked for, under our agreement — it's not something I keep or reuse afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — email hello@signalrate.uk. If you're not happy with the answer, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
